ISMA students, pay attention to the latest ordinance of the Government of Latvia!

Until April 14, gathering in public and open places will only be allowed for:

  1. no more than two people,
  2. people living in the same family, parents and their minor children,
  3. people who perform work and official duties.

Failure to comply with government regulations may lead to administrative or criminal liability.

Compliance will be monitored by the police.

We would like to remind that the Code of Administrative Violations for non-compliance with the restrictions provides for a fine up to 350 EUR

Conversely, the Criminal Law for violation of prohibitions during a state of emergency in case of serious damage provides for imprisonment up to three years, forced labour or a fine, imprisonment up to three years, forced labour or a fine - imprisonment up to eight years.
