Memorandum of understanding and interest towards cooperation was signed between Higher School of Security and Economics (Bulgaria) and ISMA University of Applied Sciences (Latvia). We hope partnership will be further developed and strengthened in the coming years and that the agreement will contribute to the relations between our countries.
