I wanted to gain experience in a digital professional environment and increase my chances of employability after University by showcasing a year in the industry on my CV. Additionally, I wanted to gain further insight into my strengths, weaknesses, and interests which I believed would be best exposed by working in the industry.

My placement has been amazing - I’ve been given major responsibilities and have never been treated like an Intern, only as an equal and valued member of the team. I have worked with an amazing person during an internship (Sandy and Robert) who helped me to focus on micro-level things as well in detail. I couldn’t be happier that I decided to do a placement in Animafest experience. I am taking away so many valued skills and experiences, along with new friends and memories. During weekends we all use to go to explore new cities of Spain.

I had a great relationship with Karina Lazareva (University Erasmus+ coordinator) throughout the placement process in the company and I am extremely grateful for all of her help and support.

I would like to recommend to every student at the university that please do not miss an opportunity to do an internship. It is a big commitment and can seem very daunting but is such a valuable experience and will allow you to explore your interests. As an Intern, I was given endless opportunities to learn new skills and build my network. Definitely worth it!

  • It was my privilege to study at UAIC, Romania located in the city of Iasi. The city of Iasi, Romania is home to large number of historic churches and monasteries. I plan to study at university because of the courses taught by them in Business Administration faculty had wide scope, and I am pleased to have them learned successfully.
